I've worked as a scientist for the last 20 years, at various universities, a large home and personal care company and now I work at ScraperWiki Ltd where they pay me to do what I used to do for fun!
I blog here about books I have read, science I have done, technology I have played with, politics that makes me rant and other miscellaneous stuff.

I had those baskets too. My mum rediscovered them and my son has had access to both the ’70s and ’00s versions of plastic pottery – privileged kid!
